History

The Public Arts Commissions Agency (PACA) was formed in 1987. PACA was an educational charity with offices in Birmingham, and later London. PACA organised public art projects across the UK as well as some international projects. The Agency also drafted public art strategies for local authorities and companies. It promoted public art through seminars and publications. PACA closed in the summer of 1999.
